Brenda and Chris Masters worked tirelessly over a period of 12 years to develop Finishing Touches in Ice, the only Sydney-based full-time ice carving and ice sculpting company. There are other ice carvers in Sydney, and other Sydney companies that make ice, but Finishing Touches in Ice was unique as ice carving was all the company did. And did it well.

Brenda and Chris retired last year (2007) and the new owners Stephanie and Rob Dunn have worked to continue the tradition of reliable, quality ice carvings for weddings and corporate functions in and around Sydney. They changed the name from Finishing Touches in Ice to Art of Ice Sculptures, helping to reflect the company's focus on Ice Sculptures.

Finishing Touches in Ice was famous for its "Large Classic Swan" (pictured above right) which was and still is extremely popular for weddings and romantic celebrations, as well as 21sts.
